There are many different plans for men and women, with different prices. All of the plans may be purchased with the cheaper Weekends My Way option, which only supplies the Nutrisystem food for 5 days per week. What makes describing the Nutrisystem price list difficult, is that some of their marketing jargon makes it even more confusing! Such as "Nutrisystem Lean 13" now called "Turbo 13". The first week of almost all of the Nutrisystem programs is called "Nutrisystem Turbo You will be paying for the first 4 weeks of whatever program that you choose , which will include Nutrisystem Lean 13 as the first week.
Now before we discuss all the different Nutrisystem plans and their prices, lets quickly cover a cheaper option that you can use with ANY of the Nutrisystem plans to lower its cost somewhat. It's called "Weekends My Way. With the "Weekends My Way" option, Nutrisystem provides food only for 5 days per week, and the dieters themselves are responsible for preparing their own food for the weekends called Flex Days , hopefully preparing their weekend meals according to Nutrisystem's recipes and rules which Nutrisystem calls "Flex Meals.
Nutrisystem's lowest plan with the Weekends My Way option is the cheapest way to do Nutrisystem. On a 28 day Nutrisystem purchase, Weekends My Way provides delivery of 20 breakfasts, 20 lunches, 20 dinners, 20 snacks, plus Nutrisystem TurboShakes. To be clear, this means that 5 days out of the week, customers stick to Nutrisystem foods and then on the other 2 days, called "flex days," they prepare their own meals.
Remember, only the more expensive "Uniquely Yours" plan contains frozen meals one per day. The other plans are "shelf-stable" food only. The problem with auto-delivery is that if you want to cancel before the second month, you will likely be stuck paying substantial penalties. If you sign up under the Uniquely Yours plan and choose Weekends My Way, then your delivery will include frozen food items as well 28 frozen meals for the 4 week period.
The food was completely awful. I had horrible stomach cramps and the snacks were overly salty. Too much soy soy can change estrogen levels in women.
Customer service was a joke. I do not recommend this diet at all. Save your money and buy locally grown fresh food. I lost over 50lbs on NutriSystem. The food was not horrible at the time, but it is hard to maintain that weight loss once I was off the program like any diet I guess. I would recommend it for anyone who does not have time to prepare healthy meals for themselves.
I tried to restart the program after I gained some weight back though, and I couldnt bring myself to eat the food again. Eat all the green vegtables and red meat you can. Then add store bought frozen meals and create your own diet. It is cheap and healthy.
I did it and lost 32 lbs the first month! This diet is great i love it and it works for me perfectly. I have been on this diet for 3 weeks and have lost 19 pounds. I lost over 90 pounds on Nutrisystem in less than a year. I am on my second week of NutriSystem and I have to say most of the food is horrible. I have had a few good things, but overall I will not purchase another month of food. It is very low in sodium. You need to eat more dairy if you are having feeling stinky.
Do something that works for you. Nutrisystem has worked for a lot of people because it is showing healthy food choices and portions. Many people enjoy the food! Americans are so used to eating gigantic portions that you get upset when the right amount is offered to you.
Be fat or not…the choice is yours — whether it is nutrisystem or not — you should compliment those who are trying to do something about their weight.
Its not my fault im addicted to food. And eating fruits and vegetables is not considered unhealthy! Only 15 more pounds to go! Not to be gross, but the food made me very stinky to say it kindly. I think that it is highly process with loads of sodium and who knows what else. It does not offer a life long solution, and I think in the end people may wind up fatter than when they started this yo-yo diet.
This is the only diet that has worked for me. High energy, reasonable quick weight loss, agreed with my system, lots of fiber. It worked for me, years ago and now. Mom is visually-impaired and we are seeking some alternatives.
I tried their beans-and-rice and lasagna. Their actual food does not look as appetizing in reality as it does on TV. The food is nasty! If you try to order food that sounds good, Nutrisystem substitutes with awful food. Most weight loss was due to water loss.
From what I hear the food is horrible and the most poundage you lose is about 2 pounds. This sounds more like a publicity stunt then a diet.
The food has greatly improved since last time I was on it. Since I started the regular womens program a week ago along with walking at least a half hour every day and i have already lost 5 lbs! Core Plan — An additional foods available choose your own. When I called the customer service lady was very rude, basically stated I was lying and wouldn't allow me to speak to a supervisor. I'm very disappointed with the service I receive so I will take my business to a place that has better customer service.
Went thru a few months of products. Following it closely and exercised Sent email to customer support and I was told to think of it as not wasted but I received nutritional food with fiber Now I know why it only got one star. Weight loss system worksstale product and no one to answer to except counselors with no control. I emailed three correspondences to FIVE different departments only to receive a notice that they don't reply to emails because they were too busy.
I also included to them pictures of the moldy carrot cake, along with the packaging that states the date is still okay. The oatmeal is so stale it sticks to the side of the package and had to pour hot water in the bag to get the product out. Chocolate covered pretzels are stale. We did call and the rep was very nice and stated that she couldn't do anything except replace our stale food. How many packages were bad? I honestly didn't count how many items I threw awayat their prices ANY wasted product is too many!
Doesn't anyone there want to see a photo of the stale food? Does anyone there care? VERY poor about keeping the customer happy, however, are not timid about selling you the program. Shame on you, Nutrisystem. We are sorry to hear about the spoiled and stale items you received.

Not that I like it, I understand that it was to be paid now. I was on hold for several minutes and when he finally came back he proceeded to tell me that his supervisor was at lunch and would called me back when she returned, "Oh and by the way here's your confirmation for your cancellation".
At that time I received an email from my PayPal account, advising me that I just made a payment to Nutrisystem. The man had the nerve to charge my account while he had me on hold. I have called every day, each rep has told me what he did was ok. This is so sad, that he could do this behind my back and it be ok. My call is being reviewed now sure it is but, we all know how this is going to end. I will continue to call each day until I get a callback. He knew what he was doing was wrong, why else would he have to sneak and charge me.
I want an apology and someone to tell me what he did was wrong! If I were Marie Osmond, I wouldn't want to be known as a spokesperson for a company that has such bad reviews. BBB alone has 99 bad reviews and I am getting ready to add another. I guess that wasn't necessary to be said. We are sad to hear about the way you were treated when calling. This is NOT okay. After the 3rd call to NutriSystem about a late order, Beth finally came online and made a return customer — yet again — out of me.

All of the food does taste very good. The only negative thing is that when I first order they did not tell me that there was so much chocolate in the turbo box.

This is very upsetting and seems to me to be a bit fraudulent. Please refund my money! We are sorry to hear the NuMi promotion fell off after placing the order. I have been on the Women's Uniquely Yours Program for 13 months, and have lost over 90 pounds. The frozen food is amazing, and I was never hungry or felt deprived. The delicious snacks and double chocolate muffins have kept me satisfied and I never felt deprived.

I did not to think to take a picture of the back with the information. If this occurs on the next I will. The cheese was missing on two of the sandwiches out of four on this order. I was trying to explain to the last counselor that I spoke to what was happening to me with eating the food and that it was making me sick. This is not in regards to Kim in returns.
Kim was helpful and very nice to me. Anyway, the last counselor I spoke to was so rude and talked over me and would not let me finish my sentence.

We will be reaching out to get further information. Have a good one! Over the last several months, I have tried over and over to resolve an ongoing problem with order fulfillment. Customer service refused to help and refused my repeated requests to escalate the issue and finally Nutrisystem decided to dump me. Even in my last e-mail communication with Nutrisystem where I yet again outlined the problem, the reply back from Nutrisystem completely ignored the majority of what I wrote.
It looks like if Nutrisystem doesn't say anything about the problem, then it magically doesn't exist somehow. This shows that Nutrisystem has drastically fallen in terms of focusing on customer needs and flat out refuses to deal ethically with the customer. We sincerely apologize for your experience. We certainly do not want a long-time member to feel such a way. We will be investigating this and reaching out soon. I have had a couple questions for your people there and I emailed them for a answer.
First reply was very fast, second was a bit slower but they explained to me the reason why. I have been very satisfied with everything from Nutrisystem!!!
