Perfect to have already cooked an on hand for a quick dinner. My taste buds must be working better but, I enjoy food more while eating far less and no cheap, junk foods. The process of re-programing myself took a couple of weeks, maybe that entire month to really get used to portion control. But, now I have gotten used to it I like it. Now when I go to a restaurant and see how much food they put on a plate it just gets me. No wonder Americans can't control their weight. We are programmed to think that we need way more food than we do.

I have become fond of the muffins. They are easy and quick. I go to work and eat lunch about 1: Lunch is a small Walmart salad, the ones that come with everything including the fork, and my Nutrisystem entree. I may also eat a nonfat yogurt but, not always.
Middle of the day, if I really feel hungry I will eat an apple. About two hours from dinner time, if I'm really hungry I'll drink a Nutrisystem shake My favorite is the vanilla with crushed ice. For dinner I'll eat another Walmart salad and another entree and maybe another nonfat yogurt. At about 9pm I eat my Nutrisystem snack, the carrot cake is fantastic. And that's what a regular guys week looks like on Nutrisystem. I have no kitchen skills so preparing complex and healthy meals can't happen.
Therefore, Nutrisystem works for me. I basically have two choices, low carb or Nutrisystem. Low carb works for me but, it can be pretty brutal and it's too much meat for my taste. BTW, Nutrisystem offers a vegetarian plan. My Nutrisystem weekends on your own looks like this: Mornings I eat cereal.
I like one bowl of Special K redberries with fat free skim milk and my two cups of coffee, sweetner no cream. Lunch on Satuardy, if I'm at home is a salad and maybe some watermelon. Dinner is usually at a restaurant. I like salads and I have had some awesome salads. We went to a steak house last Saturday and I had the small grilled Salmon, a baked sweet potato and a salad.
If we go Thai I get fresh salad rolls, I love em. We keep sugar free jello cups in the fridge all the time as a snack. It's a free food so.. Anyway, maybe this information will help someone. I know for me my healthy lifestyle fell apart at the grocery store. Nutrisystem takes care of that for you.
I go to the grocery store a lot these days but, it's all small purchases. There's four grocery stores between work and home so I don't mind. I don't buy foods with a shelf life for the most part. I would say that we actually save money on Nutrisystem because during the week we don't eat out at all and we don't buy very much from the grocery store.
Our monthly expenditure is either cheaper or a wash but, Nutrisystem isn't costing us anymore than we were spending a month anyway. I have a new un-opened box ready to go. I have three days from the last order. After the next box is done I may try to go off Nutrisystem.
That would be 16 weeks on Nutrisystem. They have many different Cast Iron Pan sizes here on Amazon or if you are lucky, you might be able to score one still in stock at your local Walmart too. Although Walmart does carry a limited variety of sizes.
For this recipe, I used my inch cast iron skillet. It is just the right size for the creamy eggs to sit in the gravy and it holds 8 eggs nicely. You could easily add two more eggs to this recipe in this size pan but if you needed to make this breakfast meal for a bigger crowd, I would use a bigger skillet. This is why I have a few different sizes! The key to the success of this recipe is the flavors we used.
I used fresh parsley and fresh dill. Thankfully my little Cinder Block Garden provides me with lovely fresh herbs because buying them in the store is crazy expensive for a very small amount.

It is a super easy recipe that packs a flavorful punch when you need a new twist on breakfast! I purchase a big pack of small eye droppers for 1 dram Lorann candy flavoring oils. This was very helpful when making the flavored syrups.
I used the 8 oz mason jars. I was start with a small amount of flavoring and add more to your taste. You can mix any of the flavor combinations together too. We like to mix the strawberry and cheesecake together. You can also make any flavor tart. For example, we love to add Tart and Sour flavoring to our apple candy flavoring oil. You can find the tart and sour here on Amazon also.
I have not seen this sold at my local stores. This bottle will last you a very long time. I would only add a few drops about 5 drops at a time and taste it in between. We love sour apple snow cones! You can also use a funnel. The funnel like these funnels found here work best because you can pack in the snow ice nice and tight.
I too love snow cones. I used a gallon and 1 pint of water and 8 pounds of sugar. Then divided it into 7 quart jars with 2 Koolaid packets per jar.
Big batch for church event. Yes, I just squirt a small amount over the top of your snow cone. I would guess about a tablespoon. It all depends on your tastes. But make sure the top is on good. My husband and I are living in Myanmar ; helping at a school. We want to make this ams try it out. Does it have to be refrigerated? I used to work at a family fun center when I was much younger: But I would still start with 1 cup and then add a little more if you think you need too.
